Welcome to Rose City Felines, aka Cozy Cottage Ragz. We're a small quint Ragdoll cattery registered with Tica, and expanding our business to the Midwest operating out of Arkansas as well as continuing our operation on the West Coast. I have been raising high quality Ragdolls with exceptional personalities & pedigrees since 2015, and strive for healthy, affectionate lapcats that meet or exceed the ragdoll standards.. Health and personality are number one, I test all breeders though Optional selection which is the most extensive testing for ragdolls. 45+ genetic health conditions including HCM,PKD,and many others and they are negative. Our goal is to match our clients with the perfect fit.

We specialize and are known for Ragdolls that have outstanding personalities,love to snuggle on your lap, and are healthy. Our Ragdolls do great with children and dogs, their favorite place to be is on your lap. Our Ragdolls come from top notch lines, they have been imported from Poland, Kyrgyzstan, Belgium, China, and Canada.

Our cats will come to the door to meet you, and love to flop, knead, and snuggle on your lap or up next to you, and they throw kittens with the same temperaments. Much like people, Ragdolls are not all the same: every cat has a unique personality!
